Project: Wellington Out House—St Austell Brewery

To Design and Build 2no 1 bed unit with en-suites. 

Scope of the works

Knockdown existing out-house and rebuild to upgrade it to two bedrooms with en-suite while incorporating St Austell's style and approach to comfort for their guests.

How we helped?

We built a new building on the old footprint including new footing and slab. We built a zinc flat roof to keep in line with the old building's roof. There were no main services to the out-building so we put in new drains, new water supply, and electrical supply. To keep the guests dry, we built a timber walkway which also had incorporated the zinc roof. Each ensuite had a walk-in shower and skylight.
