Client Requirements:

Convert the empty warehouse into nightclub live music events venue. Create 3 different levels within the space, add a U shaped stage.

Scope of work:

Build 3 levels and stage within bare warehouse using all steel works

How we helped:

We had to work around keeping part of the nightclub open, they still had Live bands on that brought in a lot of public so we ensured it was safe for these to continue as planned. We had very tight time contracts with the client as they had large events in the diary that required the full space.

The Client wanted the largest venue in the south west; it needed to house 1800 people
