Client Requirements:

To help design, build and fit out 750m2 space suitable for children's soft play equipment. While making sure the space was cool in the summer and warm in the winter

Scope of the works:

Fit out partitions walls, IPS toilets, kitchen, party rooms and office space.

How we helped

We had to sequence the work in order to get the works done in time as so that everyone could work at the same time. We needed to order the IPS system before the walls were built in order to make the deadline. We worked with the client to make sure they had the right power requirements for the electrical play equipment. We had to coordinate deliveries as we were working in a live shopping centre.
