Client Requirements

To upgrade the old office and reception area to transform it to feel like an Aladdin’s Cave as visitors walked in.  The site was in a 1970’s building with offices and factory, the factory had to remain open whilst the refurbishment took place.

Scope of the works

Strip out old partitions walls and creating open plan reception with high reception desk, upgrade toilets and director office

How we helped?

It was vital the factory continued to operate whilst the refurbishment took place, this added an extract complexity to the work, which we successfully  achieved.
Through ongoing communication with the design team, we sourced alternative materials ensuring  the design wasn’t compromised and we stayed within budget. We achieved this by using our supplier buying power, suggesting different materials such as using brass mirrors instead of antique mirrors to get the same effect and by fully understanding what the designers wanted to deliver to their client
